Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow delivery of 10 business days and up to 14 days if you are outside of Canada. Anne’s on the Avenue cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. You will be responsible for all shipping cost and any additional duties or excise prescribed by your home country.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Once your order is placed and confirmed, an Anne’s on the Avenue representative will package your order and contact our preferred shipping carrier.

• Orders shipping to a Canadian address will be charged $27 for any order under $175 before tax.
• Orders shipping to a Canadian address will receive Free shipping for any order over $175 before tax.
• ALL SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED                                                      Orders shipping to a United States address will be charged $50 for any order under $350 before tax.
• Orders shipping to a United States address will receive Free shipping for any order over $350 before tax.
• International Shipping outside of the United States and Canada is charged at a flat $65 rate.

If you are located outside of Canada, please be aware that there may be additional brokerage fees or duties. These fees will be your responsibility and will be collected/charged by the shipping carrier. You will receive an email confirmation confirming your order has shipped and the carriers anticipated arrival date -to your location, and a tracking number so that you are able to track your parcel(s).

Tracking

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been issued a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for tracking information to become available. We will e-mail a delivery confirmation once we receive notification that your purchase has been shipped.

To ensure the security of your delivery, a tracking number for each delivery is maintained. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation, packaging and contact us immediately by sending us an email.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. We will inform you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Anne’s on the Avenue website are quoted in Canadian dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

The title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss, or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
