Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow delivery of 10 business days and up to 14 days if you are outside of Canada. Anne’s on the Avenue cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. You will be responsible for all shipping cost and any additional duties or excise prescribed by your home country.
Anne’s on the Avenue has an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. We will accept exchanges within 7 days of shipment receipt, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intack. Returns are shipped at the cost of the sender. All exchanges must be authorized by us. Please email snr@annesontheavenue.com for authorization number. All unauthorized exchanges will be refused upon receipt. The authorization number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping label.

Exchanges shipped from the USA: Customers must make sure to indicate clearly “RETURN OF GOODS” and declare a low value on the parcel to be exempt from custom/duty fees. Anne’s on the Avenue is NOT responsible for any fees encountered due to the customer’s failure to comply with the policy.
Exchanges shipped from outside Canada or the U.S.A : All exchanges shipped form outside North America must be shipped via the post office and NOT a private company. Customers must make sure to indicate a low value (under $100) on the parcel. Following this procedure will eliminate the risk of incurring any custom /duty fees. Anne’s on the Avenue is not responsible for any fees encountered due to the customers failure to comply with the policy.
A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been issued a tracking number . This will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for tracking information to become available. We will e-mail a delivery confirmation once we receive notification that your purchase has been shipped.
To ensure the security of your delivery, a tracking number for each delivery is maintained. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation, packaging and contact us immediately by sending us an email.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
